Team is a pioneering industrial company specializing in the meticulous inspection of gas, water, and oil pipelines across diverse terrains. However, our dedicated inspectors have long faced challenges while managing their reports in Excel sheets. This process also entails attaching substantial 200MB image files to zip archives, all while battling adverse weather conditions and unreliable internet connections from their trucks. It was evident that a transformative solution was essential.
Due to my primary role centered around UI, my documentation concerning this project is relatively concise. Regrettably, the advent of Covid disrupted my direct involvement in this compelling project.

Laura worked as a contractor, so while we worked for different companies, I worked directly with her. As the product owner, I am in charge of ensuring that the user experience is a good one, and Laura was as focused on this task as I am. We are designing a new app for mobile phones at our company, and she was basically given a clean slate to design for us - and her designs were beautifully done. While the pandemic has caused us to part ways, her design will continue to be used on our platform and is so strong we will use it as we design other products.
