Objectives

  • Create a web store that prioritizes user needs, preferences, and behaviours to enhance the overall shopping experience.

  • Design an easy-to-navigate interface that allows users to browse through categories, filter options, and search for specific merchandise.

  • Craft a visually appealing design that aligns with the craft beer culture, leveraging imagery and colour schemes associated with craft brewing.

  • Ensure the web store is responsive across various devices, providing a seamless experience on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

  • Simplify the checkout process to minimize cart abandonment and create a hassle-free purchasing journey.

  • Implement personalizing features to allow different users to customize their store’s colours, pictures and more.

Design elements

  • Home Page:

    • Showcase featured beers, promotions, and new arrivals.

    • Highlight curated collections and categories for easy exploration.

  • Product Listings:

    • Display craft beers in a grid format, each with an image, name, style, price, and brief description.

    • Enable filtering by attributes like style, ABV, and brewery.

  • Product Details Page:

    • Provide detailed information about each beer, including flavour profile, ingredients, and user reviews.

    • Suggest similar beers and pairings based on the selected item.

  • Cart and Checkout:

    • Keep a visible cart icon with the item count, providing quick access to the cart.

    • Streamline the checkout process with a one-page form and multiple payment options.

  • Search Functionality:

    • Implement a robust search bar with autocomplete suggestions to help users find specific beers quickly.

A comeback reason

This project pretends to elevate user’s craft beer shopping experience with a user-friendly platform and the ability to come back to shop for more!
